SVETA MARIJA - OUR HOUSE SPECIALTY „ DELIKATESSA „
Dear Guests, we have prepared a special meal for you: DELIKATESSA
BEEFSTEAK - RUMP STEAK - T-BONE STEAK
It is made of AGED meat originating from small Croatian farms. The animals are bread on the vast pastures of mountain Velebit, plains of Slavonia and grassy fields of Dalmatia. As a result, we get extra quality meat which sits for 7-10 days at 2 C ( 36 + 2 F ). After the so-called „ dry aging „ is over, the meat is then marinated in herbs from the island of Pag ( rosemary, bay leaves, sage, winter savory and olive oil ).
The meat is „ wet aged „ for another 7 days. We roast the aged beefsteak, rump steak and T bone steak in an exclusive RAZIONAL „ peka „ ( baking bell ) and serve it straight to your table.
